CANCELLATION POLICY
At Glaminati Artistry, your time and experience are my top priorities. To ensure a seamless and personalized appointment, please review the following policies: ✨ Card on File: A valid card is required to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking—payment is due at your appointment. However, cancellation fees may apply if the policy is not followed. ✨ Cancellation & Rescheduling: Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost, and no-shows will be charged 50% of the service plus will not be able to rebook. ✨ Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is offered. Arrivals beyond this may require rescheduling, and a cancellation fee may apply. Please plan accordingly to enjoy your full service. ✨ Guest Policy: To maintain a relaxing and focused environment, please come solo to your appointment unless otherwise approved. ✨ Health & Safety: If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule for the safety and comfort of you and I.
